Eco-construction: the Green Valley of the Vosges moves to biomass

EcoDev, a cluster with €10m in pre-finance funds, has taken on as first project the construction of a biomass plant (23MW, €12m) to meet the requirements of Norske Skog and the SMEs of the Golbey site (Vosges). This Lorraine Green Valley promotes the set up of eco-industries linked to construction. The Swiss group Pavatex is setting up by 2013 a panel factory (€60m, 50 jobs).
