Managing director of Gris Découpage named entrepreneur of the year for the East region

Francis Gris, Managing Director of Gris Découpages (Pont-à-Mousson) received the title Entrepreneur of the Year award for the East Region. The Lorraine-based SME (€21.4m turnover, 90 staff) makes washers. It improves its productivity thanks to constant investment and innovative management based on a social contract linking autonomy, multitasking and productivity bonuses.
