New round of fund raising for Le Nappage in the Vosges

Le Nappage, 100 staff in Granges-sur-Vologne (Vosges) and €34 million turnover, just completed its fourth LBO for a sum of  €2.8 million with funds Avenir Entreprises and Val Capital. This operation will allow the Lorraine-based SME to consolidate in France and Southern Europe. The managers, strengthened by their majority shareholdership, expect annual growth of 10%.
